Customer Brief

Warmco installed an energy efficient showroom heating system for Carrs Billington in October 2022. Our customer asked us to install two Winterwarm XR30+, suspended, propane fired, warm air space heaters into these 3,400 sq. ft. new showroom / workshop premises, which they were moving into.

Features of the Heating system

This showroom heating project was for a showroom for agricultural products, with a workshop area (for maintenance and repairs) alongside. For this project we chose smaller heaters, that would stand out less in the showroom area. The unobtrusive XR30+ heater is only 650mm wide, 495mm high and 530mm deep. We sat the heaters on wall brackets and we flued the gases through the outside walls. These heaters are room sealed, and are fan assisted to take clean air to burn from outside of the building. This adds to their energy efficiency. They can modulate from a full heat output of 29kw down to 17kw automatically, when the thermostat reads that the area has reached the set temperature. This can save an additional 30% (compared to traditional, non-modulating heaters) on fuel costs. This showroom heating installation was completed on schedule in two days.
